Late Morning Farm is a family-run business with good, Southern hospitality. We are proud to raise some of Tennessee's best Foundation Quarter Horses, complete with brains, quality conformation, and lots of dun color factor to boot. We select mares with quality cutting horse, reining horse, and roping bloodlines to cross with our foundation Mr San Peppy-bred, grulla/dun sire, RN Dusty Peppy Pine.

We select horses for sale that meet our standard of excellence in working ranch horse pedigree, top quality dispostion, as well as conformation and lots of color and dun factor.
